Ha dirigido y diseñado proyectos para Bimbo, Nestlé, Telcel, Diageo, Bachoco ente otros. Es egresado de la primera generación en Diseño Gráfico de la Universidad La Salle. Realizó un master en Marketing y Comunicación en la Universtitat Oberta de Catalunya, Barcelona, y cursó un diplomado de Marketing en el Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. Ha recibido varios premios y menciones honoríficas del Premio Quórum, como estudiante y como profesional. También ha obtenido premios en concursos organizados por la revista a! Diseño, Revista Neo, London International Awards y Creativity Awards de Estados Unidos. Su trabajo ha sido publicado en mas de 20 libros internacionales de diseño como Creativity de David Carter, Logo Lounge, Graphic design that works, entre otros. Recientemente fue entrevistado para publicar sus comentarios en el libro Good Design: Deconstructing Form, Function, and What Makes Design Work —editado por Rockport Publishers a cargo del reconocido diseñador Terry Marks. En este libro, 30 diseñadores de diversos países dan su opinión sobre lo qué es el buen diseño. |

The founding father behind, has ample experience as a collaborator in some of Mexico’s most important bureaus, as is the case of Design Associates — now known as Future Brand— and TD2 Consultores en Identidad y Diseño Estratégico, where he was appointed Design Director and held said position for well over 10 years. |
He has directed and designed projects for Bimbo, Nestlé, Telcel, Diageo, and Bachoco among other top brands. He graduated as part of Universidad La Salle’s very first Graphic Design class. He then completed his Masters Degree in Marketing and Communications at the Universtitat Oberta de Catalunya, Barcelona, and a diploma course (specialization) in Marketing at the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has received various awards and honorary mentions from the Premio Quórum organization, both as a student as well as a professional in the field. He has also received awards in several contests held by the a! Diseño magazine, Revista Neo, the London International Awards and Creativity Awards in the United Sates of America. His work has been published in more than 20 international books covering a wide range of design professionals such as David Carter’s Creativity, Logo Lounge, Graphic design that works, among others. He was recently interviewed and considered for publication in the book Good Design: Deconstructing Form, Function, and What Makes Design Work —published by Rockport Publishers and compiled by renowned designer Terry Marks. In this book, 30 designers for different countries express their views about what is considered to be good design. |
